Increase your telemarketing sales by 100% (or more)

What if there was a way where you could increase your telemarketing sales by 100% (or more) in one season?  Would you do it?

You could have two answers.

The first answer could be, “Not possible.”  Your experience tells you that nobody can increase your telemarketing sales by 100% (or more) in one season. If that was indeed your answer then this isn’t for you.

Or you answer could be, “How?  I’m listening.”

The ‘how’ is linked to ‘who we are.’  We have a combined 50+ years of experience in selling out buildings and more than 2,500 sellouts, all done by increasing ticket sales in staggering amounts.  One area where we’ve had tremendous success is telemarketing sales to individuals.  We take the telemarketers--many times who are the low salespeople on the totem pole--and turn them into important contributors.

We do this through training.  As you know, telemarketing training is scant at best.  A team might bring in a sales trainer for a day or two to give some techniques and rah rah.  Two weeks later, the salespeople have forgotten everything taught.  That can’t be good enough.

Initially, the cost might deter you until you thought it through.  Then, you’d probably think that it would be far more expensive to bring in a sales trainer.  Or, it’s a heckuva lot more expensive in lost sales if you don’t bring in a sales trainer and just let your young telemarketers fly on their own without sturdy training wheels.
